I got the Whey Protein Conc today. Just wana let you know it is awesome! I'm a fan! I guess the concern with a neutral tasting protein is whether it will taste unusual but I can say to all the skeptics out there, it really tastes neutral! No unusual taste! Just pure protein without all the rubbish flavouring and colouring! FANTASTIC!!! It is simplicity at its best!!!

Oh, thanks for the sample of whey protein isolate. I'll try it soon and decide which I like better for the next order!

Hi Mike,

Thanks for your product, I've found it to be fantastic. I started lifting 15 years ago at age 20, I remember my first workout, shoulders, I couldn't get my gear out of a high locker at the end of it! I was weak and light, 65kg, in those days, my first bench press mustered up only 30kgs. I could see some other fellows lifting pretty serious amounts compared to me. Anyway I set a goal of benching 100. Over the years I got stronger, a few rugby knocks slowed me down from time to time, at 25 I was benching 90. I went overseas for 3 years, kind of kept active but didn't get stronger. Came home, trained off and on, marriage, kids and career made time to work out more challenging than it had been in the past. About a year ago I decided I was going to give the goal another serious crack i did a 1 rep test and benched 80. I set myself a target of 100 by my 35th Birthday, 18 weeks away. I didn't make it. Got to 90 again though. Back to where I was 10 years previous. I continued to train hard but couldn't push on.

I had tried creatine in the past with no result, I read up on your's asked you for some advice and gave it a go. So about 11 weeks ago I ordered some, the results were stunning, It took 10 weeks and I finally achieved what i'd set out to do 15 years ago. At 35, almost 36, i am stronger than ever.

So thanks, the reactiv supplements have been great for me, It's hard to express what it feels like to achieve something that took so long to do, without reactiv i'm not sure if i'd ever have made it.

Hi Mike

Thanks for all the sups the other week. Had a week off last week as wasn't feeling too well so just got back into things on Monday. I've been taking 1 gram of HMB, 5 grams of L-Glut, and 3 grams of creatine, with 20 grams of dextrose with water and a bit of orange cordial 3 times a day, lunch, pre-workout, and post workout since Monday. I have to say that in the 4 days I have been doing this the effects have been really very impressive, each element seems to be doing its job as you described. I feel a lot bigger and fuller, all the time, and am increasing in size noticeably. I've been able to train harder, but most importantly I feel lively and energetic the next morning, not sore at all or run down during work, a problem that I used to definitely feel before these sups. Trained legs last night pretty heavy which usually kills me next day but today I feel great with muscles just feeling tighter and bigger. Cheers for all your help mate, anything else that you would suggest to help with training much appreciated? And how do you cycle the sups I have, would you cut all when resting the creatine or can you continue with HMB and L-Glut?

I came across your transfromation video on youtube last year, very impressive and inspiring! I've since spent time trawling your web site in efforts to learn more about optimal training, nutrition...

I have an interesting job as 1 of the 2 Deans at a secondary school. My job has had many highs and lows, we, as Deans, work in a student support capacity dealing with students with behavior issues. We
have come to realise that traditional punitive responses to these young people are futile, we have a continual cycle of them coming to our attention. We have invested many hours in the last year devising an alternative program of support and guidance for these "at risk" students. We believe that we need to offer these students more and we have come to see that all these students have health needs. Their physical, intellectual or emotional well-being in almost every case is compromised. Accordingly our program addresses these issues.

We believe, based on supporting evidence, that physical transformation provides the catalyst for change in each dimension and contributes to holistic well-being. As such we have began this week with a 10 week program for 8 students each of whom has a need to transform themself. We have them eat 4 meals a day at school with us, push them physically with weights and HIIT, teach them relaxation strategies, principles of good nutrition, exercise and challenge them to be all they can be. We are 4 days into the program and already seeing some amazing change. Parents/caregivers are contacting us telling of young men who for the first time are fully engaged and passionate about what they are doing.

On day 1 I played to them your transfromation video, the impact it had on them was significant, to see a New Zealand face commit to, give their all and make such an impressive change has certainly created something for them to work towards. We are early days yet with these guys but the signs so far as good.

Anyway thought you may be interested to here the impact your efforts have had on a group of Wellington boys.

I'm feeling great, and I must admit it's largely due to the advice I've read on your website. A few years ago I was quite, well... obese really. I was eating all the wrong foods and not doing nearly enough exercise. Over the course of a few months however, I started eating right, eliminated snacking between meals, becoming a bit more active and found the kilos falling off (I lost over 30kg). However I hit a plateau, and actually began to try diminish my calories even further to try lose that last bit of belly fat. I made the decision this year to regularly attend the gym, and after finding your website I was inspired to change my way of eating. I now eat 5-6 smaller, high protein meals per day and have been feeling great. I picked up some whey protein (don't worry my next order will be off of you!) and have begun to exercise the hardest I've ever done in my life. Before switching to this diet I was regularly coming down with colds which would prevent me from feeling up to exercising, however I haven't been sick since switching my eating habits and I'm positive it's not just a co-incidence! Also, It's only been a couple of weeks and already noticing a loss of fat around my thighs and waist.

So anyway, I'd like to thank you for offering so much great advice on your website. I'm considering buying your ebook, though at the moment I'm only just learning my way around gym machines and I'm not sure how far I'm going to take this new obsession of mine! By the way, I stumbled across your website from a link in a guy's signature on a forum. Whoever thought such a small curiosity at the right time could prove so life-changing!

I would like to say how good your pure NZ whey product is, I recently purchased some to use after endurance training and have noticed a huge improvement in recovery rates and also on long training sessions I mix a small amount of it with my carbohydrate drink which I find really improves endurance and soreness after exercise.

This is just a Kudos' message, I have pretty much read the last year and a bit of history of all the threads in your forums, I have gained so much mental strength, knowledge from comments left by the Guys, Girls and Freaks that frequent your forums. Here is a couple of examples and how they have affected me.

I have printed the above and have attached it to a piece of paper next to my work Monitor so each time I look @ it just before I head to the Gym, I keep these things in mind and apply them to my every day life.

There needs to be a Gym etiquette written up for new comers to any gym. That details many of the things mentioned in this thread.

I came here for a little bit of Nutritional information but what I have found is so much more. Thank you so much for providing this service at first I was slightly sceptical as not much is free these days and everything has a price tag. So advice like this is worth its weight in muscles.
