NO relaxes blood vessels and expands their internal diameter for greater blood flow to be shunted through and into muscles (without increasing blood pressure) which leads me to another interesting 'side effect' of AAKG suplementation - guys are talking about 'viagra' like effects. Err hmm, will leave it at that, suffice to say L-Arginine is also used to restore sex drive and treat erectile dysfunction.

Caution
When supplementing any L-Arginine use for up to 60 days then take a break. AAKG may cause stomach upset or nausea in sensitive people - if you think this might be you then start on a low dose to test your tolerance, and increase slightly each week.
As AAKG is a powerful nutrition supplement there are some cautions.
