Caution
When supplementing any L-Arginine use for up to 60 days then take a break. AAKG may cause stomach upset or nausea in sensitive people - if you think this might be you then start on a low dose to test your tolerance, and increase slightly each week.
As AAKG is a powerful nutrition supplement there are some cautions. If you are on any medication suffer from heart or blood pressure conditions, diabetes, hypoglycemia, psychosis, or glaucoma it is recommended you avoid L-Arginine supplements. Also if you have a history of cold sores or herpes then using L-Arginine may result in an outbreak - to counter this it is recommended to use L-Lysine.
