In the US where most sports supplements are made laws unfortunately allow the use of this hormone. It’s used to artificially stimulate greater milk production in cows - this causes suffering for millions of animals by making them sick and unhealthy. The dodgy dairy produced is passed on for human consumption in products including protein powders and protein bars...
